The Committee on Pensions and Retirement moved to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

H. B. 4614 – “A Bill to amend the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, by adding thereto a new section, designated §8-22A-13a, relating to authorizing service credit for unused accrued annual or sick leave days for use in determining retirement benefits from the municipal police and firefighter retirement systems still administered by municipalities.”
